Description: In parks along hangars, procession of soldiers and of children. A cart, American, English and French surrounded flag of women. Small girls in traditional costume in ALSACE, make a round, dance with ribbons. Procession of disguised men representing the French history. A very large decorated garland and ribbon fir is transferred onto a charette surrounded by women, children agitate small flags. Paris area.

RIS-ORANGIS. La fête de la victoire à l'hôpital de CHAMPROSAY. Le triomphe du poilu. ROUGET de LISLE chantant la MARSEILLAISE Descriptif : Dans un parc le long de hangars, défilé de soldats et d'enfants. Des hommes costumés sur une charrette, drapeau américain, anglais et français, suivie par des femmes. Des petites filles en costume alsacien, dansent. Un homme représentant ROUGET de LISLE chante la MARSEILLAISE. Cortège d'hommes habillés en costume de différentes époques portant en triomphe un poilu. Un sapin décoré de guirlandes et rubans est transporté sur une charrette. Les enfants agitent des petits drapeaux. Région parisienne. Fête patriotique.
