Accompanied by the General JOUHAUD and accompanied by the General MASSU, the Head delegate of Government returned to the FORUM to give a flag to the Second territorial Unit Battalion. On this occasion the General SALAN exalted the work of these Units lengthily to which it allotted a major part of merit in the victory of the Referendum. En compagnie du Général JOUHAUD et du Général MASSU, le Délégué Général du Gouvernement s'est rendu au FORUM pour remettre un fanion au Deuxième Bataillon d'Unité Territoriale. A cette occasion le Général SALAN a longuement exalté l'oeuvre de ces Unités à qui il a attribué une grande partie du mérite dans la victoire du Référendum. ALGER se souvient des heures qui ont redonné un sens à l'Etat. Politique.
