Mr Robert LACOSTE went to the Algerian South, in the middle of the high plateaux where it was received in Sidi Ladjel by 3,000 men come from the neighbour douars for this occasion. After the procession, Mr LACOSTE inaugurated officially the new Bordj of which he visited the facilities intended for the rehousing of the former soldiers. Addressing himself then to the Moslem, the Minister resident declared that, "the ALGERIA entered a new era thanks to the outline law and that the era of the paternalist administration was closed definitively". According to the tradition, it is by a fantasia that this day which marked the adhesion of numerous Moslem of the Atlas to the ALGERIA news closed.

Monsieur Robert LACOSTE s'est rendu dans le Sud Algérien, au coeur des hauts plateaux où il a été reçu à Sidi Ladjel par 3.000 hommes venus des douars voisins pour cette occasion. Après le défilé, Monsieur LACOSTE a inauguré officiellement le nouveau Bordj dont il a visité les installations destinées au relogement des anciens combattants. S'adressant ensuite aux musulmans, le Ministre résident a déclaré que, " L'ALGERIE entrait dans une ère nouvelle grace à la loi cadre et que l'ère de l'administration paternaliste était définitivement close ". Selon la tradition, c'est par une fantasia que s'est cloturée cette journée qui a marqué l'adhésion de nombreux musulmans de l'Atlas à l'ALGERIE nouvelle.
